We need you!
Do you or someone you know live with a headache disorder, specifically, migraine, cluster headache, and chronic daily headache? Strike back at head pain by joining our team!
Volunteers are needed to help plan and prepare for our races, as well as on race day. See the sections below for the various ways you can get involved.
*We ask that all volunteers abide by local and national COVID-19 protocols, and will require volunteers to wear a mask for the duration of their shift.*
Event Day Volunteers
Set-Up: Volunteers are needed to help our staff set-up the festival area and course. Set-up volunteers are needed from approx. 6:30am-9am.
Course Monitors: Volunteers are needed to be cheerleaders on the course and make sure participants are going in the right direction. Course monitors are needed from approx. 7:30 am – 10:30 am depending on event distance.
Registration: Volunteers needed to assist with registration from 7:00 am – 10:30 am. Must be organized, have ability to work at a fast pace and familiar with race registration process to assist in this area.
Pre and Post Race Nutrition: Prepare the water, sport drink, snacks, and medal area for our participants as they cross the finish line from 8am-10:30am.
Cheerleaders: If you are unable to walk or run, this is the perfect way to be involved and support all who are walking and running! We would love for you to join us from 8:30 am -10:30 am and welcome participants back through the finish line.
Clean-Up: Help our staff break down and clean up the festival area from approx. 9am-11am.
